"I’ve rented from this rental agency for a very long time. The staff that’s in the office, I never had an issue with. I talk to everyone as how I want to be treated. I just recently had work done on my home and the maintenance staff has always been kind and got the job done. Although ,recently I did have to wait some time for my maintenance request to get done. It wasn’t a huge issue for me. Nevertheless it’s affordable & I do plan on staying for awhile."

"Have left their residents to deal with a blaring fire alarm for 12 + hours (which is literally a form of torture). Take care of your people!!!"

"This place is a dump, they rent to nuisances that ruin your neighborhood, the tenants are usually disgusting, loud, disrespectful and litter consistently, ARH is money hungry and will rent to trashy people just to line their pockets.I'm a home owner that stays next to one of their properties and the last 3 tenants have been nuisances that ruin the neighborhood and your home with their antics.I will most likely be suing this company for their negligence and for my pain and suffering, You Have Been Warned!!!"

"Appleton rental just took over my apartment a month ago and this has been absolute HELL! They had people come replace our toilets, and when I got home there was no toilet seat on there. I tried calling and there’s no emergency line to call. I could not sit on my toilet and had to wait the next day for someone to put a toilet seat on there. They gave us a 12 hour notice to change all locks. They handed me a key as I was leaving for work and told me I was all set to go. I come home from a 8 hour shift and i’m not able to get into my own home. The key do not work! And again there is no emergency line to call. I had to break into my own apartment through my window just to unlock MY DOOR! They are unprofessional & unorganized and can careless about they residents! I hate it here!!!! UPDATE: I decided to sign my 60 day notice instead of signing a new lease with them. These people done added ridiculous charges to my account just so they wouldn’t give me my security deposit back. One top of that I owe an additional $200 dollars but the most important question is what lease did i sign with them? This company needs to seriously be investigated, they are scamming people!"
