"I called yesterday to set up an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. They had an opening for today, the very next day and that was great. She gave me the window of time for the appointment and then followed up today to let me know when the tech would arrive. Paulino showed up well within the time frame and he was knowledgeable and professional. Because I was interested in what he was doing (fixing our soft water system and changing filters on our RO system) he patiently answered my questions and kept me updated on what he was doing. He figured out why the RO system wasn't working and cleaned out the meter so it was functional again. He left the area cleaner than it was and was professional and courteous the entire time. I don't often leave reviews but when a company provides excellent service like this I feel my part is to let them know it. Thank you Rayne and Paulino."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the 2nd time I have experienced the WORST!!! customer service and we have only owned our softener since October! The sales person was super nice and great but he sold us a bad deal!! We supposedly pay for this upgraded service where they come and fill the softener and supposedly if there is any problem someone will come ASAP!!! Well last night, Friday night, we noticed the water was gummy and not its usual slippery self. I took a look in the can out back an it looked low and oatmeal like. We are new to owning a softener and do not know what to look for. When I called the customer service they told me, S-O-L til Monday cause they don't come out on the weekend unless there is a leak! Why do we pay for this upgraded level or SERVICE!!!?? If there isn't any. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAYNE WATER SERICE BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY SERVICE!!"

"Hands down worst service ever! Sent 4 emails to Crystal (office) and Andrew (sales) and they don’t respond. I tested my own water and it’s still hard and i have both a softener and a carbon filter. The only thing working right is my Coscto reverse osmosis system. Who would have thought something so simple as a water softener could have the worst customer service. Get the sale and BYE BYE! Go with Culligan if your in Ventura. TRUST ME!"

"I went with this company, because it was a local Ventura company when I moved into my home. The gentleman came out to change our filters for us, and that went really well. He was a nice man. The water has been cloudy ever since the technician changed the filters. I called to have them come back, and they are going to charge me $155 to come out and fix what they did not do correctly the first time. This is because it was over 30 days before I called back. That is because I had been traveling. Why don’t companies want to stand by their work anymore and just fix things because it’s the right thing to do? That is just bad business, and I feel like our world is filled with it these days. Disappointing :("
