"Night shift parks in the designated drop-off parking and gets high in their vehicle. That’d be fine if they could get the order right and not serve cold food."
"It's great to have 2 drive thru's for efficiency, but when you're staff is unable to properly manage the orders it's disasterous. Tell me how i pull in first and nobody takes my order but proceed to take 8 other cars at the other window without helping me. Yes my order window was working. Waiting 10 minutes at an order window is unacceptable. I had to reverse out of the drive thru and park, go inside to order only for them to forget several of my items. At $20 an hour my suggestion would be to hire some competent workers that actually care about their work ethic and the service they provide instead of a bunch of immature children that could care less and can't perform the most basic of tasks and customer service."
"So I arrived early morning about 530 got my food and went to park in the parking lot I was enjoying my food and then a security gard with bright lights aproched my car just staring at me like what now I can't even enjoy myself without being bothered so that being said u won't catch me sitting and eating in the parking lot anymore it used to be so nice :("
"Well my burger was still raw inside so that was great. After driving 20mins home before eating I wasn't going to spend another 40mins to get it replaced."
