The property has such splendid amenities including two off leash dog parks, a dog spa and an amazing pool and gym facility. This property is perfectly positioned near I-94 as well as local shopping, schools, and restaurants. The staff at Hackney House always go out of their way to ensure nothing but the best for the residents. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable. Katie and Karla in the leasing office are quick to respond to any questions one might have and are so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to enjoy the lake country lifestyle."

"This development is poorly maintained. In summer the grounds looked terrible- landscaping dead, grass not cut. In winter they left my driveway unplowed for five days and I had to hire someone just so I could leave my house. They constantly send rude demanding emails to residents enforcing a myriad of ridiculous rules. One example is that you’re not allowed to park in your space in front of your garage- threatened with tickets if we do. The apartment is not worth the money by any means. Built quickly and cheaply. The only thing going for this place is the location near the highway and stores. Many other better options in this area though. Adding to this- I see the response from the corporate office below and it’s important to note- my driveway wasn’t “forgotten “. Many attempts were made by me to reach the office by email and phone. I spoke to maintenance and they said they couldn’t come and clear it until Wednesday - from a snow fall the previous Friday. Unacceptable! And the Main office NEVER EVEN RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS OR CALLS ABOUT THE ISSUE. So I had to find someone to clear the foot of snow from my driveway so I could leave my house. This was not an oversight- they clearly did not want to take accountability or fix the problem. For $2000 a month it is absolutely horrible the way they treat residents. My Icemaker is not working again and I have put in 2 maintenance requests in a week with no response. So, apparently, if they get a bad review and don’t like what you have to say, they just completely ignore you. Absolutely horrible!"

"I just moved in 2 weeks ago. I have a 2 bedroom unit. Awesome finishes. Went from a home to apartment and have received a ton of compliments on how homey this apartment feels and how nice it looks. I also love the separate entry for all units. Its also super functional. Love the community, the pool, accessibility both to oconomowoc and surrounding lake country communities, and access to the interstate. The staff here are super friendly and helpful and very prompt to help whether with maintenance requests or just general questions. Move in and internet set up was the easiest I have experienced out of all apartments I have lived in. Finally more space and beating the costs of living in Tosa or Milwaukee. You really cannot go wrong. Look forward to staying here for a while!"
