"I came in on a Tuesday with a group of girlfriends. The hotel was beautiful! We ended up ordering cocktails and sitting by the inside fireplace. The staff was so kind, from Emily, Lisa and the front desk Lily& Joseph. We ordered margarita flatbread pizzas, which were delicious and reasonably priced. Looking forward to trying the Wednesday night homemade fishfry and outside deck. #wearehospitality"
"Stayed in the area for a family event. The room was nice. Overlooked a parking lot. The sun screen did not go all the way up. It had a bathtub in the bathroom. Just don't understand this. A shower is all you need. Don't want to step over bathtub walls. Tripping hazard. The lobby was very nice and cozy. Plenty of space to sit with other people and talk. The breakfast is typically hot breakfast you can order. Prices vary on what you choose. There is a 7 cold breakfast buffet you can also choose. They have a small area where you can purchase beverages or snacks. Easy to get to oconomawac. Shopping close by"
"I will tell you what, if you have any issue, any Hilton in general will fix it promptly. I have never received faster service outside of a meal order issue where it was handled quicker. World class customer service. This applies to everyone I have stayed at. Room was clean and the staff was nice, pleasant, and accommodating. To the nice folks who work here, I just want you to know I appreciate you and your sacrifice of being away from home/family to take care of others who are doing the same."
"You'll find this hotel clean, comfortable and full of friendly, helpful staff ready and willing to assist you. If you are like me and happen to be blind or visually impaired, they are very gracious and willing to give you any extra help you may need."
"The staff is outstanding, they really make you feel at home, and the food is very good. Been here for a month and not one bad experience. If you have business in the Oconomowac area I highly recommend The Hilton Garden Inn, they're the very definition of hospitality."
