"I would rate 4.5 stars. The half only when there was a mix up with the timing of the final visit before the first viewing night. The schedule was off from the email than what the front desk had, but they rectified the issue immediately and we saw him after a 45 min wait. Eddie was amazing he was so thoughtful in his approach and walked us through everything we needed to know. As a “younger” widow I had no idea where to even begin. He would even message me on his days off and help me through all the paperwork needed and the steps required. The staff for the viewings and the funeral were accommodating and everyone thought that everything went well. The cremation services (with the added fee) were able to quickly turn around the cremation in 24 hours between the viewing and funeral (which was important to us). Purchasing the niche and getting the engraving was also very much appreciated with how quickly they were able to turn things around and get things set up for him as he has a lot of visitors. Please keep in mind that the keepsakes from the third party vendor take some time for shipment and ordering but came for us just in time as a memory for Valentine’s Day which was so special. I want to thank everyone for their hard work in making his services so memorable."

I’m impressed with her knowledge of Chinese cultural funeral ceremonies and all the explanations she has for all of our questions. We met with Jess Chen, our Funeral Director, the next day. Jess was experienced and knowledgeable. He explained the process to us very patiently. He answered every single question we had with empathy. Before the funeral day, he would text me to remind me of anything I forgot. He and his assistant oversaw the funeral order on the day to ensure everything was done smoothly. Jess guided the guests and us in following the proper procedures at the burial ceremony without disrespecting our Christian faith, which I appreciate. They even walked our elderly grandparents to ensure they were safe with extra care. Very thoughtful. We were grateful to have Jess helping us through this difficult time.
