"I had my moms trust done with Brian back in 2010 or so and only contacted him or tried to the last couple years as my mom had dementia and ended up having a brain tumor and died before Brian could get her trust updated after MANY attempts. I am highly disappointed in the service and the urgent requests to return my calls and emails to no avail. Do not buy the trust that has all correspondence included as you will not be a priority! Also is very expensive for the services that were actually done for her."

"Don’t waste your time. I scheduled a phone consultation appointment and received a reminder email and text as well as an email with a video presentation about trusts. All seemed very professional. At the time of the scheduled phone call I received a text from Bryan that he was running behind and could we reschedule. We rescheduled for 2 days later. I again received an email and text reminder the morning of the rescheduled phone consultation. Bryan was a no-show again but without a text or email explaining why. This is not the way to represent your business of handling important personal matters."
