"We recently had Philip Ye at The Legacy Lawyers represent us in a case before Superior Court where we had to defend ourselves from false accusations that - if allowed to stand - would have negatively affected our conservatorship for our son. We needed someone on our side who was knowledgeable about the law and experienced in dealing with such issues before the court. As soon as we met with Philip we knew he was the right person to act on our behalf. With Philip representing us the court swept aside the accusations against us. Our conservatorship is preserved intact and our relationship with our son is undiminished. We are grateful to Philip and his colleagues for the success they have achieved for us."

"Philip Ye is our lawyer with The Legacy Lawyers. I have the HIGHEST of praise for Philip and the entire firm. I went through MANY law firms to help me out with a legal case regarding a trust. I have to say the past year was a very tumultuous year for me with many people in my family passing away. It's been hard, but dealing with someone about trust and will issues was just too much. I knew I needed help. Philip and I had an interview where we discussed what he could do and I discussed my needs. Afterwards, he took that information to his firm and they agreed to take my case. I was sent an introductory video from Philip introducing himself and the details of the case as he understood it. During the course of the next several months, Philip kept me updated with all the latest developments. I have to say when things looked down, Philip came to bat and was able to ask the RIGHT questions to the opposing party to keep forward momentum going! I am truly grateful for that. I also have to point out that I felt that Philip and Deb displayed true compassion and understanding on what I was going through and it really made me feel comfortable and most importantly, confident that the objective could be within reach. I just received news that my objectives have been reached and I just had to say how grateful I am to Philp and the entire staff at Legacy Lawyers. IF you ever need a law firm to represent you in trust and wills, Legacy Lawyers is the ONLY stop you need to make in your journey. Ask for Philip Ye to represent you and I can guarantee you will be the best of hands! Thank YOU Philip and Thank YOU Legacy Lawyers!"

"I am writing this review as a follow up to what happened before with my attorney. I called the law firm and left a message with the receptionist and wrote a letter to his supervising attorney. The attorney paid me back the $5,000.00 dollars (OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET). NOT THE FIRMS. The offers were as follows: The attorney would pay me back my $5k deposit, out of his own pocket. Or I could continue with the attorney but I would have to pay the firm an additional $5k, that brings the total to $10k, and I would have to drop my spousal property petition. I don't know why but it seems as if the spousal property petition is a big deal to every attorney that I have talked to. This leads me to believe that the only reason why they want me to drop to property petition is because of money. I took the $5k deposit back which I appreciate. That being said I would have to change my review -NOT BECAUSE THEY ASKED ME TO BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ASK THAT.- MAKINGS SURE TO MENTION THIS PART. The reason that I am changing my review is because he is the only attorney that actually gave me my deposit back. That being said, I have to change my review because nobody in the legal world has ever done that for me. I do know enough to know this much. The attorney was honest, he just did not figure out my case in advance. I believe that the firm that he works for might be giving him to much work to do. They switched my case to 3 different attorneys. The one thing that I want to point out is this. The original attorney that I hired was not the attorney that was going to represent me, that part is what really bothered me about this. I did my interview with an attorney that really knew probate law. This new attorney did not know about probate law, that is my own opinion about it, the original attorney knew what he was talking about. But the firm gave me a different attorney from the one I originally hired. That is why I was so mad, they should have told me that before hand. If the attorney that I spoke with was not going to represent me then they should have told me that before I agreed to hire them. One more thing about probate attorneys, THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO ASK YOU FOR MONEY IN ADVANCE BUT THEY ALL DO."
