Living above a grocery store is very convenient. Underground parking in the winter was worth the money. Andrea is extremely responsive and I felt taken care of while living there! "I've been here for the past four months and couldn't be happier. The building is clean, well-maintained, and has incredible staff. Andrea responds immediately to any questions I have and has had maintenance involved for issues/concerns within 24 hours every time. The weight room is perfect, the BBQs are open year-round, and the common room is so nice. I can't say enough nice things about Avani and will definitely be here a while!"

"I have lived here for several months now and have really enjoyed it. The apartments seem brand new (I think they are?), the amenities are great, and the staff is incredible. There is heated underground parking available, there are reservable common rooms, and the outdoor space is nice. The gym is a bit barebones in terms of machines but is always well-kept and gets the job done. They use Luxer for packages which has been fast & easy. Best of all — this place is really quiet, perfect for med students or resident physicians who need to study at home. Shoutout to Andrea and the maintenance crew that keep this place great."

"I lived here for close to 2 years and was so sad to move out recently! Common areas are always clean and there is bike storage in the garage. LUXER package pick-up makes getting deliveries very easy. Most utilities included, including internet. Gas and electric bills didn't add much to my monthly expenses. I lived right next to the weight room, so I'd say the biggest con was hearing weights being dropped or people stomping during their workouts. But, minus that small annoyance, everything at Avani was great. Property manager Andrea was amazing. Thanks for everything!"
