"Update after a year A $1650/month place should not have a microwave that vents cooking smoke into the household. Additionally these are gas stove which present their own problems when there is no vent to the exterior. Obviously the current management did not build the building and aren't at fault for the original builder saving money, but updates could be made. So far in a year, no changes have been made since management replied with the typical "management" style replies to reviews. Pros: Maintenance staff are great also are responsive and helpful. The quality of the maintenance staff alone is worth one additional star. After a year living here it can be difficult to get someone to answer the phone at the management number. Cons: Styling: You will be paying 2023 prices for 1990s looks. Lots of honey oak trim and cabinets and doors. Limited parking - If you had friends or family over, someone would likely have to park in the neighborhood adjacent to the development. There are still people with untrained dogs that will bark at you if you are outside, which seems inescapable no matter how much you pay for rent nowadays (some dogs are well trained). Also there carpet in the dining room that really makes no sense with having to pull out chairs and food crumbs if you have kids."

"Chef, one of the maintenance crew, does an amazing job. He is very quick and knowledgeable at his job. I was very impressed and if needed he's your guy. Also, Melanie, in the office, is very pleasant and helpful. I have no complaints. Kudos to both for making living here a positive situation."
