"Buyer/renter beware!! The manager Corey and Chris are awful to deal with. Unprofessional and induce conflict. They will cuss you out in person or on the phone. They will lie right to your face. Corey will use social media to attack you or advise policie changes via private group page. Some resident have had aggressive private social media messages from Corey. If you rent, you will be asked to buy or leave at 1-3 yrs. When signing your lease they will say nothing(no park manager has). They enforce predatory towing with a very questionable tow company. Damage vehicles and accusations of removing tabs for a tow. Shaddy management. Long term residents no longer feel it's a safe and welcoming community with new management. Do NOT let your loved one get trapped here like so many have and greatly regret."

"They’ll tow your car in the middle of the night if your tires are a few inches in the grass that you pay for. They’ll also illegally tow you if your tabs are one week expired, even though MN law says you can’t tow a vehicle until it’s 90 days expired. Don’t live or visit anyone here unless you want to risk paying $320 to get your illegally towed car back."

"Me and my fiancé applied for a 4 bedroom they had for rent in November we knew their was a background and knew everything thing would come back in good standing grounds so we thought! Chris the manager has refused has called me a liar has degraded my spouse flat out told us she didn’t have time to look up record off Minnesota public court documents to prove the false information they was pulling on him. She tells me I had a dui that came back on my background I told her their is absolutely no way because I have never been in trouble with the law my whole life and she flat out argues with me and tells me I’m a liar I then tell her I wanted the information of where they got the background checks and wanted copies of our backgrounds she refused to give me any of the information. Weeks later I get information of where they do their background checks I went through the site and had my background check pulled and low and behold I was 100% right that they had etheir A pulled someone else’s background or B didn’t even pull my background at all because according to transunion rental report my report hasn’t been pulled since 2017 for a rental I sent over my proof and told them I wanted to appeal my application and have yet to been emailed back almost a week later. They should also watch who they hire lest ask your worker Cory about the private cal that he had me call him on his personal phone that I 100% had recordings. These people are dirty that are running this place denying someone off of inaccurate information and when you throw the proof in their face of their false information you get ignored!"

"There is a lot of racism, including a worker from there, because they don't want Latinos here, they make life difficult, everything at the beginning is nice, but then you regret living here.The employee spends his time on a motorcycle taking photos of every house that Latinos live in. When Lisa was there, it didn't happen that an employee called the police because he was unloading tools for the garage. When education comes first, the screaming person has to get out of here. We don't want Latinos. It hurt me badly, the police officer said, the owner of the house has the legality to dismantle whatever it is. The employee, who is a man, just stayed silent. The officer told him that being or immigrating a person, regardless of race, sex or color, is a problem. crime."

"Lot rent will be $697 by February 1, 2024. Keeps going up yearly since new owners. My lot rent went from $440 to $697 in 6 years (as of February 2024) currently $635. Not worth it anymore. MANY people talking about moving. Community might look nice, but that's because we do ALL of our own yard work & home updates and fixing. The lady on the golf cart will come around and complain, even in front of your guests. Really professional. Suggest buying a house vs trailer. And they delete ALL reviews. That way everyone will think this place is great. It used to be until new California owners."
