"My significant other & I lived here for almost a year & had absolutely no complaints! The property is beautiful, as well as the area that surrounds it. There is a super nice walking path right behind the building, that is perfect for dogs. We didn't have really any maintenance issues, but management did a very good job at responding to emails & calls. The game room, theater room, & the gym are super clean & super great to use, that was our favorite part! The building is also super clean & quiet, no noise complaints or cleaning complaints at all, they do an amazing job at keeping people comfortable & safe. If we ever move back to the state of Minnesota, we're hoping to get back in, as it was such a great place to live! Jackie was amazing & when Kim took over, she did amazing as well. Also shoutout to the maintenance crew, they were always busy, making sure the building looked amazing & making sure the residents were well."

"I love living here! You think living in an apartment you would here all kinds of noise from the neighbors but I seriously never hear mine. The party rooms, gym and outside are so nice to have. What also makes this place great is the office manager. She is always friendly, welcoming and quick to resolve any issues. The maintenance team is also friendly and efficient."

"I absolutely love living here. I moved into Voyageur Estates March 2020 after a life changing event. Jackie, the manager was so friendly, accommodating and helpful. She went out of her way to help me with things that she did not need to do for me. Jackie is kind, considerate and ALWAYS on top of everything. I have noticed that some people complain about the little things or maybe even big things like rules. I am guessing that all of you have rules in your home. This is my home. Personally, I am glad there are simple rules to follow. Management enforces rules for the safety and well-being of the residents, and also to keep all of our costs down. She also has to remind others of rules when she gets a complaint from another resident so it’s not always management’s fault. If you don’t want to follow rules then don’t live here. The building is kept very clean. Cody and Amanda do a terrific job at keeping it clean and staying on top of maintenance requests. I have only had 2 maintenance requests while living here that were addressed and resolved immediately. Never an issue. Cody and Amanda are bright friendly faces to see around the building EVERY day. They are always working hard and I appreciate everything that they do. The building is also very quiet. The apartments are very new and nice and the rent is more reasonable than any other apartments around. I have become extremely spoiled living here. I highly recommend this place. Due to another life changing event, I have to move again. It’s very unfortunate because I absolutely love my home here. If my life wasn’t changing, I highly doubt that I would ever leave. Kudos to Jackie, Kody and Amanda! Thank you for all you do!"

"The apartment is very nice but the management is a joke!!! My son goes and plays outside and she think I am responsible for the whole neighborhood of children if they come onto the property!!! I do not let the children into the building they are let in by other residents!! Then I receive a nasty letter about my son when he doesn’t do anything but ride his bike around!!!! I have never met somebody that is this rude to residence about small things!! But we have a ant infestation on the second floor of the building!!! How gross especially for what you pay here!!! Not worth it!!!! Management might seem nice but would never call you but instead send a nasty rude email or letter on your door!!! Screw this place I am very VERY UNHAPPY with how we have been treated!! She thinks it’s a 55+ living here!!"

"The apartment is nice, and that's what attracted us to this place to begin with, but any time something that's supposedly "brand new" breaks like the washer and dryer the management here tells us we have to get it fixed on our own?? We get snide remarks, and notes left on our door over the tiniest things, yet the bigger issues are never addressed. I'd love living here if it wasn't for the management."
