"I’ve lived in my 2 bedroom apartment with Landmark for ~4 months now and have nothing bad to say. Despite the unit being a little older, it was very clean when I moved in. I think the prices are super reasonable for the area and the current cost of living. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, the grounds are well kept, and management is super responsive. I’ve had very few issues with my unit since it has been so well kept, but when my freezer went out they were on it right away! I am so thankful I found this place. Hats off to Christine for being great at her job!"

"I had a pretty good experience with Landmark company. Linda was my property manager and was always nice and professional. The only problem I had were the neighbors who made it almost impossible to live there for the two year's I was in the building."

"Let me preface this by saying I never write reviews, but consider this a PSA. This company is super hit or miss, and it’s going to depend entirely on your manager. Wife and I lived in an apartment owned by landmark company for 6 years in the Durand location. We were always advanced on our payments and never had any complaints against us from our neighbors or anyone in the area in general. First 4 years with our first property manager was fantastic. She never raised rent, never bothered us, and did maintenance as requested pretty promptly. Second property manager that we had was a nightmare though. She raised rent EVERY year, constantly changed policies and parking regulations. Instantly made washer and dryer more expensive. She also constantly inconvenienced us by making unnecessary renovations forcing us to move all our furniture while we were in the unit still. (All reputable property managers wait until tenants are out to make renovations, for obvious reasons). The contractors also left us with a bee infestation because they didn’t seal the windows for a night. Landlord/property manager did nothing for us on that. We also had black mold growing on our exterior corner wall which I brought up and they did absolutely nothing about. We weren’t the only ones with these issues. 90% of our neighbors constantly had these issues as well. Overall, would avoid like the plague. If you enjoy being stressed out about your living situation, by all means though! The property manager for the Durand area will always remind you that you’re constantly in the wrong, even if you’re clearly right and have done literally nothing or maintained no contact with her. She seeks conflict. Christine, if you’re reading this, you were the main driving force for making our decision to move. So thanks for that I guess."

"This place was absolutely terrible. I was in the Prescott location and the building itself was fine but the neighbors were a nightmare. It was full of backstabbing, mean, sue happy women that seemed to have nothing better to do than ruin people’s lives. I reached out to the landlord in hopes she could resolve the issue but all she did was show conflict of interest in certain tenants that had been there for a decade and quickly turned against me as if I was the problem. I felt uncomfortable even coming home because (no exaggeration) every other day one of them was calling the cops on the other. My car was keyed and nothing was done. There were lots of bullying issues between all the kids living there (mainly due to the parents telling them how to think and act). One tenant banged on my door while I was taking a timed online test for school and demanded I move my car because it was in her parking spot. Keep in mind there’s no assigned parking... All in all, I would never recommend this location or any of the locations that are managed by “Jeanette” because she doesn’t listen to your concerns and treats you as if you are a nobody. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! These properties are supposed to be for people struggling, to help them better themselves so they can eventually get out of there and move onto bigger and better things, but the women that have lived there for 5-10 years lack motivation and have too much time on their hands.....obviously."
