"My daughters both had their eye exams ages 5 and 11. During the exam Dr. Brunello began complaining about another employee while my daughter and I were present. Then she was making rude comments when my daughter (11) couldn’t read the letter she was asked to read. And to top it off she told my five year old “You have a minute to get these eye drops in or we are rescheduling” my five year old broke her glasses and needed her one year exam so really needed this to get her new glasses."
