"Truck driver was late and showed up with the with a truck that doesn't have a lift gate, had to call for another truck to come pick up the pallet, and even that truck didn't show up. Fedex please do better next time."
"Let me edit my review by saying I ran one of Chicago's largest freight brokerages and I have been in the professional shipping and logistics space for over 20 years. If I could give a worse review I would. All I needed was to take a PU# and have it confirmed loaded and thus they would give me the pro #. I was told by all members of this facility that they are above tracking and can't help. They would give me customer service which is the worst, who in their right mind would ever talk to customer service when the terminal just has to help!?!? No one! Not to mention they couldn't confirm if it was loaded b/c no one can trust customer service. The lack of personal attention for what amounted to a 60 second phone call is astonishing. Never in my 20 years shipping have I been told by a terminal they can't help. Find another company to ship with, FedEx won't miss your business."
"Absolutely horrible service. I scheduled a pick up between 2 and 5 PM, then called them at 4 p.m. asking when they would show up. They said yes they would be here by 5 p.m. 4:57 p.m. rolls around I called them again and they said they canceled the pickup which I promised the customer would go out today."
