"Disney has this area down very well, the signage is concise and clear for where you need to be for trams or busses, and is very pedestrian friendly all the way around! I only wish they had a little bit more covered area for those rare California rains, or the harsh Cali sun when you're waiting for your bus."

"If you're staying along Harbor, a mile or so from the park, this is a good rally point to get to the park, and especially at night getting back. We've saved additional hours in the park from exhaustion just taking this 5 minute or so shuttle as opposed to a 20 minute walk."

"I am torn on how to rate this. When it isn't congested, this location is a blessing, but more and more vehicles are standing here for long periods of time. Here is some basic etiquette for drivers: If you are not actively dropping off or picking up, do not take up space here. There are plenty of places nearby to wait. Do not drop passengers off in the lane meant for vehicles to drive. Ask your passengers to only get out on the curbside of the vehicle. Ask your passenger to use the crosswalk to cross the driving lane. If you are a rideshare driver, do not wait for new rides in this lot. Wait at one of the nearby lots. Do not block the crosswalk while exiting. Drive slowly. Unattended children will occasionally jump out of a car and directly into the driving lane. Do not double park. Even temporarily. Wait for an open space."

"So if you're getting an Uber or Lyft to Disneyland, which if you're staying far or coming from the airport and can't wait to go into the park, you are definitely going to do, this is the place that they are going to drop off and pick you up from. A few things to keep in mind when you're in this area: many other people are also doing the same, be calm, be a friendly person, and just understand that your Uber driver may have never been here before, so they might either pass the location once or twice. Or honestly be very cautious as they go in because this spot is also filled to the brim with cars. I believe it's somewhere in the Uber/ lyft "manual" that they shouldn't drop off people randomly and need to be close to some kind of curb. So that might mean that your driver takes a lot longer to actually let you out because they want to make sure you are safely getting into the park, and not going to be ran over by another car. Zooming through that little area. Just be a nice person! Not to mention , this walk area might be also traversed by people who are just walking to the park from different hotels because it is another way to get into the park. A million bajillion people will be going through this area so just be patient, have fun and enjoy going to Disneyland."
