"The quality of service First Group/Transit provides to their customers as well as their employees is quite frankly an abomination. They allow employees to continually put customers health and safety at risk by encouraging their employees to violate the most basic of safety rules and laws. I can not recommend getting on board any vehicle operated by First Group/Transit let alone even give a thought to working for them."
"This place is the home of the walking dead. The girls in the front office are rude, speak in monotone as if their face would crack if they smiled. No one seamed to know what was going on. I waited 40 min to be directed to another woman in human resources who was never made aware I was there. This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever walked into besides a hut in some third world country. I don't know how they stay in business."
"I work at the Chapman University location since the beginning of the contract in 2013 starting at 10.25 and here it is 2018 and I don't make 14 dollars an hour but what I pay for health care did. We were sold out they put a wage freeze on us for 3 years without our knowledge and the economy was rising and we were stuck begging for money and didn't know we had been sold out I am homeless now sleeping in a car still trying to work I need medicine but can't afford to go to the doctor because of the doctor visit 161 dollars Aetna pay 10 I have to pay 151. They say it is help out there but that's not true I was told at the Rescue mission that I would have to quit my job to get help and if you don't have a addiction problem there is a waiting list to get in a shelter. What a great country and company to work in and for"
