"We were from the twin cities just traveling for my 40 birthday to the dells. My 5 year old son had a sore throat so we needed see a doctor last minute. Found this place online place looked legit and was open. Clinic claimed they took our insurance when we got there. So, we decided to try it. We were there for 10 minutes and didn't even see a MD doctor. The NP gave my son an antibiotic shot so we didn't have to deal with taking meds in a hotel room. The bill when we got home was $1700 out of network of course!!! 500 was for an emergency doctor we never saw 1200 was for a facility fee/emergency service. Long story short if you are traveling to the dells don't touch this place with a 10 a foot pole. Go somewhere else for care...You will get sticker shock beyond reason. So much for saving money at the dells on our hotel room. yikes!"
"My insurance covers this clinic, but not all of the actual providers working inside the clinic. They took my co-pay, but neglected to tell me this. If you go here, make sure to ask for a doctor that is covered by your insurance plan, even if the clinic itself is apart of your healthcare network."
"This place is highway robbery. Do not go here ever! $676 for my 7 year old to be seen for 5 minutes for an ear infection. Was not even seen by a doctor. I will be reporting them to the state and medical board. I hope they get shut down. I would sue them if I could."
"Charged nearly $400 to be shamed and spoken to in a condescending tone, treated like a bad mother all for not giving Tylenol & told repeatedly to calm down and relax. I was bouncing and rocking my son, talking in a light tone because that's how I calm him. The nurse just kept telling me to calm down, calm down, relax. I WAS relaxed until she started treating me like I was panicking. Ridiculous, and honestly I wish I would have just walked out. I don't accept my bill, I was treated disgustingly by the nurse. Hope she's been fired since then."
"Extremely helpful period my daughter had a weird, painful rash, and they knew what it was, and they were also very cautious and what medicine to give her because she's so small period we had excellent care and incredible advice."
