"I've been working with WC in Sparks, NV for a few years now and they have always been very helpful and patient with me. I'm no bike mechanic but I do most of my own repairs and upgrades and they always help me with the basic parts, selection, installation techniques and some odd ball parts for an older bike. I bought my '24 SB 140 LR in December from WC and absolutely love it. I was able to demo a 140 and they were very helpful with helping me chose the right bike for my riding style and skill. That sold me. Plus the website has everything I need at a fair price."

Had questions about installing the cassette I had ordered and related to my waxed chain the person I spoke with was obviously a cyclist and walked me through exactly what would come in the package and what I needed to do.
