"Will deliver a giant package as and when it is convenient for them, and they have zero consideration for when YOU are AVAILABLE. Then they’d not show up, or be very late, because it’s not a big deal you waste 9 hours of your time, as long as it saves them the job of actually having to plan around a time table or be accountable. Cannot do the basic min job of scheduling a delivery window and actually delivering it The shipper and I had about 40 emails back and forth in 10 days because of this shipper. Before you use this place thinking it’s cheap, would you want to write 20 emails just to schedule a delivery with no issues?"

"TL;DR: the dispatcher will lie to you about everything, but the driver will do the job for a hamburger My friend was receiving a furniture delivery while out of town and asked me to be at their place to receive it. First, the lady from XPO who called me lied about the delivery window and offered me a choice of two days instead of a full week. She also claimed that the delivery can happen anytime between 9 and 5, and I have no choice on the matter. Moreover, she said the driver would call me an hour ahead of delivery, and that they'd deliver inside the house. On the day of delivery, nobody had called me by 4pm, so we reached out ourselves. They said the driver would be at the location within half an hour. Instead, the driver arrived at 4:59pm and declared that the delivery was to the curb only. When I refused to receive the delivery, he agreed to bring it into the house, but because it's a 200lb+ crate, I'd have to lend a hand. Eventually, he turned the conversation over to assert that he was the one helping me out, and negotiated a hamburger in return. On the positive side, the furniture arrived intact, so at least there's that."

"The company made an error in scheduling a delivery and refused to waive storage fees until the item could next be delivered. They claimed a liftgate was not approved and therefore the order could not be shipped, even though I had a voicemail from them indicating that the liftgate had been approved prior to scheduling the delivery. I was told that the storage fees would be waived at one point, then later was called back by the company and told that they would not be waived because they blamed the shipper for not requesting the liftgate, even though the liftgate was approved before I called them to finalize the delivery date that they did not meet. Both myself and the shipper had to call multiple times to simply get the item sent back to the shipper. Unfortunately I cannot recommend using this company due to their disorganization, lack of communication, and reluctance to take responsibility for their mistakes."

"Husband and I team drive. We needed to trade out our trailer for an empty. Although they did not have one empty, they unloaded a trailer for us immediately. Within 30 minutes we were on the road headed to our next shipper. Everyone we interacted with was extremely pleasant and professional. The manager even left what he was doing to make sure we were quickly taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond, and we couldn't be more grateful."

"Poor job. Would not recommend. Save your money. XPO team delivered and installed my new washer and dryer. I wouldn't even call it install. The team were amateurs. They worked fast, without care, and seem to be hired for their muscles rather than their brains and customer service. They were in and out in 20 minutes, and left a a mess behind. Specifically: - When removing old appliances, did not empty the drain pipe, and thus spilling water all over the floor. - Installed washer on top of the washing machine drip tray side; hence crushing the metal tray, and not allowing tray to do it’s job. - Dryer was not installed correctly. It was not connected to water supply (for steam). Missing the metal hose and the Y junction that supposed to be included with the installation. - Did not replace the gas hose, did not test for leaks. Reused existing hose and vent pipe. - Machine not balanced or leveled. - Did not change the gas hose or vent hose, reused existing connections. - Left a muddy mess behind, can see footsteps - Feet of washer not touching ground because it was propped on top of the tray - Did not install required U support for drain hose. - Plugs not installed after removing shipping bolts. After seeing the terrible job that they left behind, I am doubtful that the installation was done correctly, and fear that there is a gas leak. I will need to bring in separate tea to clean up after XPO. Save your money and hire professionals!"
