"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. My daughter purchased a car at 9.9% 4 months ago and made of 1300$ in payments and only 800$ went to the principal balance. My poor daughter has making her payments early only to be with more interest due to daily interest accrual. Their math doesn't add up at all. They are way worst than the mortgage companies."

"Short Version! Purchased my son’s car in Arizona last July, it took 4 months to get the tile switched over to California. I called lentegrity every month and they could never give me status. Finally a representative called who handles titles (Jennifer) requesting documents, but she could not tell me what exactly she needed. I ended up sending her all my paperwork and she picked through what she needed. Whomever listens to the recorded calls should listen to mine, because you have some incompetent people working for the company."

"This company is TRASH ! Do not and I mean under any Circumstances get a car loan through THIS COMPANY “ LENTEGRITY” I have had so many problems regarding my moms car loan who became Deceased ! All I wanted was to talk to a supervisor or manager to ask more questions about the transferring of the title! I’ve been told different things by customer service on how to handle this issue and none of them seem pretty clear on WHAT TO DO ! they keep telling me a manager or supervisor will call me back but I never received a call back and it’s been over a week now every time I call I get shunned! I just got off the phone with Desirae and she was rude and nasty kept cutting me off saying her supervisor or manager would give me a call back and I have to wait because I didn’t allow enough time for them to call me back when in fact it’s been over a week now and still no call back ! it’s like their managers or supervisors don’t Exist and their customer service skills are Horrible do not under any circumstances get a car from them they have no idea what they are doing! And they don’t know how to deal with a loan in the event of a death properly! I would give them no stars if I could"

"Very confusing system. They don't allow you to make a payment and set up automatic payments. You have to make the payment, then come back a few days later, log-in to their app, then set up payment. "Is there an easier way?" I asked. "Sure!" they said. "We'll send you an email... And that will take 24 hours to reach you." What a stupid waste of the customer's time."
