"Extremely poor customer service. Unable to provide an email response. The agent was rude and ended up raising his voice ti me instead of answering my question. Borderline incompetent in the ways of customer service. I completely regret using this company and would not recommend them to a person I don't like. I cannot fund the acceptable words ti describe this company and their reps without using profanity. Suffice it to say, we're it not for the contract I signed, I would not have anything else to do with this company or their representatives."

"I have had RSVP in the past and paid off my account.....I am going on vacation in a couple of weeks and was needing extra money for the vacation...they send an invitation email for a loan...I really didn't think I would get it but I filled out the information. To my surprise...the full amount of what I asked for was approved...now I'm really looking forward to my birthday vacation...Thanks so much RSVP"

"If I would give less than one star I wouild I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated when calling in because my funds were not received by 5pm. When I stated I spoke to someone at 3pm I was basically told I was lying because there weren't any notes from the last call. While my funding finally happened about 3 hours after that, this has left me very disappointed in the customer service they provided. Once I have this loan paid off I will not use or recommend this company to anyone. I will tell them to avoid them at all costs."

"Signed up for a loan and tried to make a payment on their website. There was no option to make any payments when I logged in. I called to make an additional payment via debit card and they told me it would take 1-3 days to process. Debit card transactions are instant… anyways.. my balance continues to go up each day the payment doesn’t get processed because of the insane interest rate. This loan provider is extremely unprofessional and their website is not user friendly at all."

"Please be careful when giving this loan company your bank information. You can easily get approved for the loan but they will give you a payment schedule and they will not follow their own payment Schedule. My goal is to pay them off before August and I'm about to make that happen."
