"My go to UPS store when I'm on this side of town. Everyone has always been friendly and I've never had any issues when shipping items out of this location. I also enjoy how this store usually has zero wait. I'm always in and out in under a minute. Can't beat that."

"Worst customer service I have ever had. My Amazon return (small plastic envelope) package was not sealed, they charged me to seal the package. Never go there again, no customer integrity. RESPONSE: You clearly do not understand customer service. Blame it on my expectations instead of teaching the staff that if a customer comes in with an unsealed package, seal it and tell the customer "we do charge for this, so please bring the package sealed next time if you want to avoid it". I will not be back, you are untrained and it shows in your staff."

"I drive from Murrieta to come to this location. They are not as busy as some of the other stores. It’s a little hidden but worth the drive. The lady that is always there, is friendly, helpful and patient with my shipments and Amazon returns."

"I have never seen a UPS Store in a storage facility, smart concept. This hidden store is behind the gas station. I have driven by this store many time and had no clue. It's not as busy as the others stores I frequent, I will be coming to this one from on, since it's faster but I would avoid during traffic hours, as it is hard to get in and out of. Clerk is friendly, quick and helpful."

"This UPS location at Jefferson Ave in Temecula, I will never compare to any other location I’ve been. Lily, the location in charge/manager is very helpful from the very first day I started shipping my packages. Very accommodating and always helpful with her customers. I’ve been shipping at this location since I started my school business in 2014. You will end up having a very nice relationship with Lily, great customer service see for yourself."
