"I just walked out after standing there for over 10 minutes while the girl in the back didn't even come out and spent the entire time wrapping somebody else's package. Meanwhile a line got to the point of seven people behind me. If you guys are going to offer a service where you package it and then send it out you might want to make sure each individual transaction doesn't take 15 minutes and if it's going to maybe get more than one employee! Won't be back to this place."
