"I would give this place less stars if I could, but the one star is because they have a soda machine for employees. Are you curious about the services provided at ProTransport-1? Well spoiler alert: their billing department does NOT send claims on time for more than half the transports, failing to meet timely billing deadlines and ultimately forcing patients to be responsible for the entire amount billed. They have lost several high dollar contracts based on incompetence and good old fashioned lack of professionalism. One time they made employees participate in a fashion show and demanded that the most attractive employees pose for a flyer/pamphlet advertising how great it is to work there. P.S they hire sex offenders."

"Mother passed away in January 2016. Pro Transport -1 transported my mother from the Hospital to a nursing home. They incorrectly billed my mother's insurance company and due to that error the insurance will not pay the bill. The Hospital gave us information proving that the transport was necessary but Pro Transport stated that they will not re-bill. My father called to speak with them and they were terribly rude to a him, a recent widower. I then called and sure enough they lacked all sense of empathy and consideration in my simply asking questions, specifically Jennifer. We were simply trying to figure out what we could do about correcting the problem and never once did I, who lost my mother, nor my father who lost his wife, ever received any "common" sense of kindness or courtesy or patience or empathy from Jennifer who represents this company as the face of same. I can hardly believe that these people do this kind of job for anything other than the almighty dollar. Shame on them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE!!!!"

"ProTransport's billing practices are unethical and unwarranted. They are penalizing the elderly who do not have the resources to pay their bills. When transported by their company you do not receive a hard copy of their contract, but rather, they have you sign an electronic one. Later, their billing department will send you to collections whether you have been in contact with them or not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CREDIT AND NOT AGREE TO A PAYMENT PLAN."
