"BEWARE. I purchased a Catquiver Mini from an authorized retailer. The quiver was defective, the camo cover was separating from the backing material and the fabric "sheath" on the central support strut was too short. I contacted Jerry directly and advised him of the issues. He offered to repair the quiver IF I would pay for the round-trip shipping to and from Rancho Safari. ??????Round-trip shipping was $75, and the quiver only cost $95 to begin with!!!! On a quiver which was IMMEDIATELY DEFECTIVE to begin with. So BEWARE. Welcome to modern customer service from a "small, hometown" U.S. business. I ended up exchanging the quiver, at a loss, from the seller."
