"Other than the store (at a corporate level) basically lying about being a 'dollar' store; this location is the cleanest of any I've ever been to. The staff keep the store well managed, organized and are friendly. Sometimes the wait to checkout can be long, but its not terrible. They have public restrooms, which are kept well and clean."
"I love dollar tree. But...it should be called $1.25 Tree. The employees are great! They let the line of customers extend the full length of an isle before they open another register! Thus allows for greater opportunity to have pleasant discussions with your fellow shoppers!"
"The Ramona Dollar Tree is the best Dollar Tree. It is huge. I had an abundance of items. It has a variety of items that all the other stores do not have. I have been to countless Dollar Trees & none are as nice, clean, unique items, & a huge stock or items to pick from. If you want to shop for a holiday or are a big crafter, it’s worth the drive. I have never been disappointed."
"Order 3 items on line. 1 box delivered to store of record. One box sent to another store 25 miles away and they wouldn't give me even with id. And the 3rd box is missing. Their recourse was cancel order and order again. Pass. Unhappy customer. Would give zero if it were an option."
"I went in to inquire about a part time position. The cashier was not helpful, but she said she just started, no fault of her own. I asked for the manager, who promptly came up as if I interrupted her. I asked about the position s available, she said I do t know maybe were still hiring... She handed me a card and said apply there, then quickly walked away. She is the manager on duty. Customer service...wow. highly disappointed in this but was I expecting better, not really."
