"I have bough many items in this store. Never had a bad experience untill now. Ask to see a $199 Black Padres Jacket that was all the way at the top. Not me to tell or you to know but I have a speaking medical condition that makes me speak softh tone or I my cough ( and you know how it goes now a days ). The clerk behind the counter could not really hear me so he ask twice and I tried to explain, then a gentlemen with a beard ( no name tag and I did not ask) jumped in an grab the poll and toll me “speak up so we can hear you please” when walking to the area to get the jacket. He was not rude, but it was very inappropriate. Many type of people may walk in to the bussines with diferent needs and therefore the staff must be always accomodating ."
