"Went back to exchange my bag due to some threads undoing themselves and being loose. A coworker to the women who was helping me, proceeded to try to argue with me about that threading and that there is nothing wrong. He honestly was giving attitude to me the whole time and when I was trying to explain myself kept interrupting. Thoughtfully, the young lady who was the one helping me apologize for his attitude and was understanding of my exchange. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else who simply wanted an exchange without an argument over the product left to feel belittled. Very unprofessional and to be quite honest if you have a problem with someone exchanging an item that they( as in the customer) feel that something is wrong, you shouldn’t be working in customer service at all."
