"I went to the establishment with my cousin earlier today and a young lady (brown hair) who told us her name was Ashley Garcia was so rude to my cousin. My cousin had asked for her help finding a pair of bottoms and when she told the girl she wanted to find them in a zero, Ashley proceeded to look her up and down and tell her that she didn’t think that was going to work for her. When my cousin asked if she thought it was going to be too big for her, Ashley pulled out a size zero and held it up and asked her “I don’t know do you think this is going to fit your body?”. My cousin initially was so shocked she just put the pants down and left. I am so shocked that Dickies has these types of people representing their establishment. My cousin is first of all very thin, which is why we were so shocked about her comment in the first place and second of all, was very hurt by that statement regardless of her body size. You never know what someone is struggling with mental health wise and for another young girl to even say something that could be so harmful is beyond unprofessional. We are in 2022, where body confidence and sizes is very progressive. I completely expected more from Dickies and am let down by this experience and don’t know if I will be returning ever again. When we left we had called back to ask for the young ladies name and a man answered the phone and decided to place Ashley on the phone with my cousin. My cousin was unaware it was Ashley at the time and just expressed she had a bad experience with a girl in the shop and wanted her name and Ashley immediately got aggressive once again and said “oh really?? bet. my name is Ashley Garcia.”"
