"Incredible stress free leasing deal on my 2023 Honda Ridgeline. Fair price. Super responsive salesman, Tony, ran multiple quotes, answered questions and most importantly, did not once go into high pressure sales mode. In office experience with financial lead (Mr Garcia) was equally stress free and transparent. Got a decent deal and a super clean truck. Val Strough team, you rock!"

"I recently had an unfortunate experience here, prompting this 1-star review. The standout issue revolves around the service department, particularly the agent named John. His consistently rude and belittling demeanor made each visit a regrettable experience. John's quick temper, zero patience, and condescending communication style left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Dealing with a malfunctioning car is challenging enough, but now I find myself contending with this individual's attitude? Adding to the frustration, he happened to be the sole person manning the counter. Representing the face of Val Strough Honda. I would be ashamed. The struggle extended beyond personnel issues chiefly the difficulty of reaching the service department. My attempts to contact them involved calling the shop approximately 20 times, only to encounter dropped calls, hang-ups, and unhelpful transfers to other departments where nobody picked up in service. This level of service is simply unacceptable. In my extensive experience with various auto shops, Val Strough Honda stands out as the worst. The exorbitant prices further compounded my dissatisfaction. The hope is that the management addresses the concerning behavior of individuals like John, whose interactions have been consistently marked by rudeness, as evident in other reviews. However, it's crucial to acknowledge positive aspects as well. Service provided by Sal was commendable, and he deserves recognition for his exceptional assistance. Unfortunately, this positive experience with Sal was vastly overshadowed by the overwhelmingly negative encounters with others. I also appreciated the shuttle service provided by the dealership. While this was a small consolation, it doesn't offset the overall disappointing experience at Val Strough Honda. As a member of the military, we have channels to communicate concerns and advocate for the "blacklisting" of specific establishments for active duty personnel. I intend to raise my concerns through these channels in response to this situation."

"I ordered a key Monday morning couple hours later i wanted to cancel the order and that was not possible it isn’t programmed yet!!! Whats the big deal!! Anyway talked with them on the phone and and he said it would be ready in 2 days and he will get back to me if the order is cancelled or not, i never got the call for the cancellation nor that the key is ready!! I was the one who called and i wanted to speak with manager for that bad experience and took him 2 days to call!! I understand very busy guy!!"
