"This is my bank always had issues with Wells Fargo chase then I went with central coast credit union for my first car loan 9 years ago and haven’t turned back 3 car loans later and one personal loan I love this bank the app and texting really helps with any issues and Elsa has helped me and my family with multiple loans got her on my contacts ready 2 go lol"

Monterey Real Estate Services:

"So far, our experience has been less than satisfactory. They mailed our first disclosures to a wrong address. Then we learned they wrote down our email wrong. Can only hope it gets better. UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER. It got MUCH MUCH worse. MUCH MUCH WORSE. Our original 3 star is now a 1 star. High balance in our accounts and they insisted on charging $5 for a cashier check. This is called an annoyance fee. Recently they placed a hold on a check we deposited when we had more the 20 times (TWENTY TIMES) the amount of that check on deposit. They pay a lousy .10% interest. This place is a JOKE. TRUST ME.....go elsewhere for a credit union or bank. They just do not care about customer service what-so-ever."

"I have banked with CCFCU on and off for awhile. With moving back to the Monterey area I knew who I would go to for my backing needs! I was in and out within half an hour with my account reopened and new debit card. I didn’t catch the employees name who helped me but he was very professional and helpful. This location has lots of parking and it’s easy to get to."

"There aren’t enough good things to say about the Seaside Branch Employees! EVERYTIME I enter the branch they always greet me by my name making it such a personal experience and they are all always so pleasant. Duan and Dolores are so wonderful... great job CCFCU Seaside branch!"
