"She does the bare minimum to help you. When you have a serious issue that needs to be addressed, she won't call, she'll slip you a casual email (hope you find it). I had a serious medical emergency come up and when it came time. She just sent me a couple emails and let it lapse. I DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL AT THE TIME. So she left me in a far worse position than when i met her. She is ALL about money. She doesn't care at all about people."
