"Usually i give situations the benefit of the doubt but yesterday I experienced the worst customer service. Mainland (especially this location) has always been my favorite store and go to. I went to consign a pair of Gucci shoes i had purchased from the Gucci website and was told my shoes were fake because they had a clear plastic bag around each shoe (which is how they came from the warehouse so the leather doesn’t get damaged/scratched) i have a friend that works for the company and he used his discount so I was not able to return them. The manager at the location said he did not feel comfortable taking the shoes because he believed they were fake. As he says “my sources said the shoes don’t have a clear bag around them to protect the shoe” . When asking his sources he kept cutting me off and wouldn’t even look at me and just kept giving me a short smart answer. I didn’t have my best clothes on nor was my hair done and yes I’m ethnic. I felt as if I was being discriminated against because of the way I look. When I asked if i could show him the online receipt he told me no that it had to be a receipt in hand. I did not keep the packaging receipt as i figured i wouldn’t have needed it. The fact he as a manager was being so rude as I had been nothing but nice and then because I’m of another race and didn’t look to his standards of someone who is being honest was mind blowing to me. I definitely will not be going to this store until there is different management. Not only did I feel discriminated upon but also embarrassed because of the way he treated me. Thankfully I ended up taking them to someone who has an onsite Authenticator who verified the authenticity of the shoe and purchased them from me."

"Place is supposed to open at 11. Checked multiple times 1130 and 12. Does this store ever open?"

"Customer service is not great and quality of fabrics not worth the prices of tees. I went in to buy some gifts and the clerk stood staring at me across the tee table. I asked him if he made it a habit to hover over customers while they shop, he said yes. I’m trying the store again on a Saturday morning. It’s almost 10:30 now and the store is still closed. Just bad business all around."

"I bought an Adidas Shoe for my daughter on 30/07/2019 and when I reached back home, I realised that that was a men’s shoe. I went to your store on 02 August to exchange the shoe and your store manager (SAM) refused to exchange the shoe and rather threw the bill on my face. At the time of buying the shoe, I told that I don’t need the box as I am here for business and don’t need the box. Sam ( Manager) told me that I told them to throw the box and that is why you cannot exchange it. The shoe is in its original state and have not even removed the tag. However, even on my several requests he was too rude and never bothered for a customer. I am here till 09th August and would request for a resolution. I have left the shoes at the store, as I don’t need a men’s shoe for my daughter."
