"I heartily recommend Top Fitness . I recently bought an Elliptical Machine at the Walnut Creek shop and had an issue with it. In this era of ‘take the money and run’ Top Fitness has proven to be the opposite. Mark and Eric in Walnut Creek, Brian in San Francisco, and Bert and Ryan in Sacramento have all been quick and eager of their own accord to make things right for me. Top and it’s employees are old school about customer satisfaction."

"Went in to look for a exercise bike and Manny was wonderful and very attentive. He wasn't pushy and was very patient and answered all of my questions. I didn't purchase right away because I wanted to research and see what other places had and the cost. I than decided to purchase the precor bike and was helped by Mark who was also wonderful. He was also very kind and patient in answering all of my questions too. I didn't have the greatest experience with the third party delivery company due to them not offering any window appointments that would work for us. I contacted Manny and they took care of us right away and had another colleague Brian deliver our bike at the time that worked for us on the same day. Brian was friendly and gave us great information about the bike. We really appreciate Brian for going out of his way after work to another shop to pick up our bike and sat in traffic to deliver it to us. I'm amazed with the wonderful experience we had with all 3 experts that helped us."
