"Excellent service they found out what was causing problems that other shops could not diagnose. Turns out the chain I had was defective from the beginning and all along the chain multiple roller bearings were missing. This caused excessive wear on my rear cassette. Thank you Piccadilly your service is excellent and I will be returning whenever I have bike problems or need bike accessories."

"Brought in ebike for help with flat tires, mostly from goat head stickers. Service tec talked about options and we agreed to put on a tougher version of the same brand tire. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up later that afternoon. Great customer service, great work!"

"I brought in my E bike with a broken chain and the guys were able to replace the chain and replace a bad controller unit on the bike. While replacing the controller unit, they found a part that had cracked, so we ordered a new part and they installed that as well. After the service was complete, I purchased a couple of items from the showroom floor and am happy with my purchases. I definitely recommend everyone here at the store. Everyone is super helpful and super friendly."
