When I arrived, though, I simply asked for their recommendation on the best choice for extensive walking. The sales clerk suggested two models both of which were asking those I had identified previously as highly rated. He also had information about why another brand was not well suited to my feet. I really appreciated the support in making a decision. I would recommend this store for their expertise."

Encouraging us to try as many shoes as needed to pick the right pair. We probably tried on over 10 different pairs of shoes never once did I feel pressured or rushed. The young man with the longer hair (my apologies for forgetting his name) was very kind and helpful as well. Thank you both for a flawless shopping experience."

"This time around was a bad experience. The salesperson convinced me to buy a size bigger than what I was used to. Seems to work in the store, but not on the trail ! The shoes were way too wide. So, I called and emailed a number of times to find about their exchange procedure. One time, I had the same salesman on the phone, but then no follow-up whatsoever! I am very very disappointed by their lack of courtesy and no follow-up. Will not return again."

He made sure I was given enough information to make an informed decision and I learned quite a bit in the small amount of time spent. The store was calm, clean, and inviting. Not a huge selection of shoes at the time of shopping but enough, and I discovered a new brand I had only heard of a few times."
