Social worker follows residents with her car to catch them breaking the rules. Rules that violate their rights as human beings. Get your loved one out of this place."

I'm an independent contractor, had picked up shifts to work at this facility, called to get simple information regarding my shifts, no call back but then cancelled my shifts a few hours before I was scheduled to work, costing me both time and money. I will not being doing business with them again. Very unprofessional of them. If they needed nurses so bad, they wouldn't be requesting them then cancelling the bookings that are given. Then people wonder why there's a shortage of healthcare professionals."
