"I am giving this center 1 star and that’s only because my children enjoyed spending time with their cousins. 1st and foremost 1. The hours of this daycare fraudulent as the correct closing time is 7:30. I enrolled my children at this daycare due to the late hours. Throughout the time my children were attending this daycare the owner star changed the operating hours many times causing me hardship at my job, while still reporting to the state that she was keeping my children till 8:30 pm but wasn’t even open till than. 2. The daycare center follows mps/ west Milwaukee school district closure dates, which is an inconvenience for parents who typically need childcare when schools are closed. 3. Theirs no learning academics going on during the day. The children watch tv and movies most of the day. When it’s time to go outside the teachers send the children outside and watch them from inside. 4. Toddlers, Preschoolers and school age are in the same are. As the daycare is NOT equipped to have school age, preschool, toddler, and infant in the same area (there’s nothing separating the four. 5. If something happens to your child you are NOT notified in any documentation (written report about the matter. When asked where is the report, your told the teacher didn’t fill it out. 6. Mostly all the children who attend this daycare our the staff children which is a conflict of interest as the teachers only want to deal with they children or they family member children. With what I experienced at this center I would NOT recommend anyone to send their children here. It’s ran down, the owner is very unprofessional. The DCF Wisconsin state childcare laws are being violated, I’m surprised she’s been in operation this long. Today my children were terminated from this daycare, upon me picking up my children, I asked for the incident report and was told that I couldn’t have it. This daycare has violated several Wisconsin laws and shouldn’t even be operating. 1. Incident Report DCF 202.08(1m)(b)1., 2. and 9.; 250.04(3)(a), (am), and (ar); 251.04(3)(a), (am), and (ar); and 252.41(2)(a), (am), and (ar) of the Wisconsin Administrative Codes. 2. 251.04(7) (7) CONFIDENTIALITY. The licensee is responsible for the compliance of child care center employees and volunteers with s. 48.78, Stats., and this subsection. The licensee shall ensure that: (a) Persons having access to children’s records do not discuss or disclose personal information regarding the children and facts learned about the children and their relatives. 3. 251.07(2) (2) CHILD GUIDANCE."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. Starr and staff are so helpful to my family and I. I definitely chose the right daycare when I chose this one. My daughter loves it and I see why. They are all so caring and Starr goes above and beyond to make sure life is a little easier on me . I'm a single mom and they have been my savior when transportation gets rough. A special thank you goes to you Starr. I appreciate everything. Words can't describe my gratitude. ❤️"

"We have been with Miss Starr's daycare for many years. My daughter, nieces and nephews have all attended Little Starr's and now my twin grandsons attend her daycare. We are treated respectfully and like family every single day. Love it here!!"
