"This is the worse Costco of the three in the area. The food court service or lack thereof is horrible. "Do you have onions?" "No we ran out!" Then, the employee just walked away, no solution offered. The drink fountain produces water for drinks. And no, we didn't press the water button as the return counter employee suggested. All customers we watched were getting only water on both machines. Just a mess all around, not just the food court. I will give an ounce of credit to the gas station with the many pumps."

"Last Thursday, my mom and I went to Costco. We were shopping for groceries and sandwiches. When my mom asked an employee for help, he got mad. However, another employee, a girl, was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, our cashier wasn't nice or friendly, which was unexpected. The manager should speak with the Costco team about improving their customer service. I work at Sprouts and we're never rude to customers, always greeting them even when tired. Next time, we'll choose a different cashier."

"It's Costco. FYI, there's a bit of contempt in this review.... Most folks know what Costco is about and? ...yes?, ....It's an okay if not limited choice for bulk merchandise purchasing of goods. Review: BUT...Having been a member since 1984. Yes, in 1984, it was great great great.... like nearly ALL places that start out, and become great, whilst gaining popularity, and members... As time goes by, all the perks that make or made it great are logistically and brutally (w clockwork timing) taken away. Things like indefinite returns, truly lower pricing and a slow but noticeable regression of Customer Is Always Right. The "membership" fee is supposed to keep their stock at about 4% profit but look at the prices?, They barely keep up with the likes of Walmart or other big retailers. While they DO offer some great deals, overall they are not much better than typical retailers....anymore."

"What I think of as the little Costco. Especially compared to the newer Costco in the Tustin District location. While I have never recorded an A-B comparison, it feels like it doesn't have as large a selection of items. Often the store feels almost stuffed. The fast food section is small and the few inside tables are often full. On the other hand, it's 32 pump gas station is superb!"

"I'm a Costco fan & I love exploring different branches. This one is smaller than others I've been to. However, you will still find here things & stuff you might not find in other Costco branches. So even if the area is smaller, what matters is the items sold in this area & their quality, Costco quality which I believe is one of the best in all grocery stores"
