"Summercrest is the bad place to live if i win lottery we’re gone how much they spray roaches they never live everytime you call for repair they always say we make order but they never come if they fix the problem they don’t fix right it always break Ms Edith Alvarez and the new manager Ron they are very rude and disrespectful they don’t know how to talk nice way Five years ago we got flooded and they didn’t fix really good still smells they pretend they fix it but they just painted and changed the flooring is a lots of rip and the construction they told uter are not supposed to move in yet because my apartment is really bad Now is happening again I hope they fix it really good this year and I hope they close all the holes The roaches they’re inside the walls they need to open them and they need to fix the outside the waters they getting in by the bedrooms fast and to the door"

"Its sad to see the employees leave good reviews like if theyre not the issue. And also have bot accounts leave reviews. A family member had a question about their rent and the manager told them they shouldn’t be asking questions they should just be paying. SAGE does not know how to hire proper personnel. They take advantage of all of their residents. They lock up the laundry rooms bc “gang related issues” theres always yelling and kids screaming at night they will ding dong ditch your windows at midnight. There is always graffiti. And there is a serious roach problem"

"So true!... I agree. Management is confrontational from the get-go. There is lack of willingness to provide proper costumer/tenant service. My son requested a 2nd parking spot for our household, although there are plenty of unoccupied spaces, Management just said: "NO. we do not allow..." If you bring up a problem, they blame it on you, blame someone else or tell you that you can go somewhere else. Retaliatory practices are common here."

"The interior of the units are extremely poor quality, just like their customer/tenant service. They definitely do not provide us with equal housing opportunities. Here i have a few of the many neglected conditions the landlord approved, in order for us to move back in. This is how the "brand new renovated unit" looked when we moved in. the last picture is how we lived for 2 months when our apartment go flooded not sure why the landlord didn't help right away."

"I live in these apartments been here my whole life. But our current management will argue with their residents instead of helping them. They all tell you different things, as if they’re not properly trained. The rent is cheap but the amount of rent you pay can not compare to the emotional distress the property manager and her staff give. They lose so many documents and I honestly do believe they purposely raise your rent because we go there EVERY year to “adjust an error.” You ask them questions in regards to the program and they respond with such an unreasonable tone i don’t understand why And how they still work there. They WILL and DO harass their residents. Extremely unprofessional and hostile environment"
