"Complete Renovations remodeled our two upstairs bathrooms, which entailed moving a wall to gain space in the master bath for a step-in shower and walk-in closet. The other goal was the addition of a soaking tub in the main bath. We found Jon to be exceptionally easy to work with. He is patient and detail oriented, open to suggestions while never hesitating to offer suggestions of his own. Here is where his experience with other projects is invaluable. He managed a terrific team of sub-contractors, scheduling them in a timely manner so the work progressed smoothly and keeping us informed of who would be on site when. Jon was present regularly to keep an eye on things and deal with any problems that arose. Jon and his crew did the demolition, removing the old fiberglass tub and two vanities, tearing out interior walls and flooring. They reframed new walls and, when ready, installed and finished the drywall. They replaced three windows and Jon completed the finish painting. At the end of the project all of the debris was removed. The Team: The plumber had a major re-piping job to do and worked diligently to make it all come together. Floors were torn up to facilitate additional piping for the new master shower and the soaking tub in the main bath. He also had the added complication of changing wall-hung toilets to floor mounted. The electricians added wiring for shower exhaust fans and a wall heater and installed flush mounted spotlights where needed. They even offered to install a ceiling fan we had just purchased for the master bedroom, which was more than a one-man job, and had it done in no time at all. The cabinet maker created an entirely new concept for storage in our 44-year-old home. Besides the vanities, he built an entire wall of cupboards and drawers for the main bath, figuring out how best to utilize the space around the new soaking tub, and he added a large standing unit in the master bath with pull-out shelves. All the cabinetry is beautifully made and finished. The tile work is outstanding. Two step-in showers of travertine, each with a unique design, tile backsplash and vanity surrounds, and half walls of travertine in the main bath. The luxury vinyl floors are the perfect complement. Beautifully crafted clear glass shower doors were the final touch to both rooms. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished project and would definitely work with Jon again."
