"I've lived at this property for the last 3 years, and I can say, I'm very grateful to live at a community where management takes care of their property. Management is strict, which can be a great thing for some people with busy lives like myself, but I can tell why people who have nothing else to do but complain about rules wouldn't like it. Things break, nothing is ever perfect, but it gets taken care of promptly either by their outside vendors, or the hard working crew they have staffed. I'm sad to say I will be leaving shortly because I just purchased a home, but I'm glad I wasn't living in hell like my last living situation."

"This is a horrible place to live. There is a bug and roach problem. Also, the maintance doesn't come on a timely manner and doesn't know how to fix things. Never any parking. Rent continues to increase but nothing gets fixed or improved."
