"I recently started taking my newborn baby to this clinic. At first I thought they were nice and attentive but it’s been 5 months and I’m starting to realize that they truly don’t care about their patients. When my baby turned 2 months he had his check up and it was time for his vaccines, they said they were out of stock but they would call me as soon as they had it. They called one morning and said I needed to go that same day but I couldn’t just drop everything I had going on and go to the office. They scheduled me the following week but I couldn’t go because my baby got very sick, when I went to get him checked a few days later, Dr De La Mora seemed very careless, he even made fun of me saying he would love to record all hispanic mom’s who ask the same questions, meaning we are paranoid and that we believe our children are the only ones that get sick with those symptoms. I was there for 5 minutes, by the time my husband parked the car and came in, the appointment was over. A few days later I realized my baby was teething and that was making him sick. Total waste of time and money!!!. The following month I went in and asked about the vaccine he was missing, they made it seem like it was my fault that he didn’t get it on time because I didn’t go the day they randomly called and now it was too late to get it. That same day he also needed his 4 month vaccines and AGAIN they were out of stock on one of them, they said they would call me and its been over a month and nothing. This week my baby got covid I went to the ER, they told me I needed to make a follow up appointment with his primary doctor, I’ve been calling since Tuesday and the office is closed nobody answers. I’m The machine said to leave a message for the Dr on call who happened to be Dr De La Mora, I left a detailed message and asked to please call back, he never did.Terrible terrible service!! I get its the holidays but people still get sick, we still need Doctors available. It seems like they just like to charge our insurance but can really care less about your childs wellbeing. Currently looking for another pediatrician in the area."

"Very disappointed in this place. My niece and my nephews and my oldest daughter had started going to this clinic since it first opened. It’s seems like it’s just gone downhill from there. I try to make a doctors appointment for my child and I never receive calls back. You never feel comfortable while being in this office like you used to. And you feel like nothing is ever took seriously when it comes to Parents concerns of the child. I’m not a fluent Spanish speaker, but I guess it would’ve helped going to this clinic. I guess I would’ve been treated with more respect and took it more seriously if I knew how to talk Spanish I guess.. just so disappointed never again will I ever suggest anyone to take any other children here. But if you do talk Spanish in you’re fluent in it, I guess you’ll get some kind of respect and you’ll be taken seriously."

"Dr. García was my daughter's pediatrician when she was a baby. She is now 16. Our toddler is now 3. We struggled so much when our toddler was an infant due to him getting sick every month and due to his colic problems for his first year and 4 months. We switched from Kaiser to Heritage Park Pediatrics. Our problems solved within the first visit. We followed thru what they recommended us to do and our son's colics remedied within the first week. I love how every doctor in the office is not afraid to be "hands on" and literally feel the ill areas in our children. Everywhere we used to go, there was a lot of verbal diagnosis and no physical examinations. Dr. García, N.P. Fish and Dr. Lazarazo have always been personal and extremely friendly with our children. They always acknowledge our children and it's something I always enjoy seeing. They genuinely show care for them."

"I will never recommend a doctor who doesn't care about his/her sick patients, specially when we're talking about children. I made today's appointment 30 days ago because they didn't have anything sooner. I had to leave work earlier to pick up my daughter early from school and pick up my other daughter from the daycare in Tijuana, crossed back and call the doctor's office to let them know I was running 10 minutes late. I finally got there, but the doctor did not want to see my daughters. They wanted me to make a new appointment 45 days after. I said to the receptionist that I understand we were late, but I called and ask for a grace period that everywhere you can get. Besides that, I had my daughter with the need of refill medications for asthma and nose bleeding, and my other daugther with ADD side effects. I asked to speak to the doctor, and he didn't want to see me; What kind of doctor doesn't want to see their patients and confont the problem. The receptionist only said "I'm sorry, these are the rules". I'm just wondering why when we get to our appointments on time, they let us waiting in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes until the doctor is avialable. They were not comprehensive, flexible; they were just careless to lose one of their patients. Instead of being more humans, they just want to follow rules and policies and not always are that efficient. People now a days act like computers not like human beings."
