"So upset! 3rd time I've come to get my Dad's meds. They keep forgetting to enter his new card which we've gave them twice!! I drove 30 miles to get this for him. More time bitching about counting draws than getting info in. So now no pills cause it would be $700, wasted gas & time when we gave them all info needed last 2 times. Will look to moving, hope he doesn't get sick while waiting transfers. He has dementia and no car. I drive around to take care of him. These people have a lack of common sense. UPDATE...... Still haven't heard a attempt to assist as in there repky. 4 days later, waiting for that reply. Still no pills, dementia dad can't remember where his card is. Even though we supplied it 2 times before."
