"This is the first time I have ever lived in an apartment. But let me tell you that anything that ever needs to be done, or fixed, it is very rapid and well done! Manager Melissa Lanini is the most amazing manager I could have ever hoped for! She is thoughtful, kind, practical, and efficient! Been here 3 years and still loving it!"
"I used to manage these apartments. I loved my tenants & the place was a nice, most of the time quite place, kid friendly. As for progress management they were very hard to work for, in result making it even harder to keep the great people living there happy. I still have people hating on me from this job I had about 10 years ago. I would love to throw progress under the bus, but that can be done on that page. But on the other hand I still have wonderful friendship's with past & current tenants from here. I loved this place & other then the many slab leaks it has for the most part it's a great place, considering the choices we have up here. Its unique as I believe only 1 other place offers 1,2 & 3 bedrooms. All but 4 of the units are corner apartments witch is really nice when your living in apartments. I recommend this place if it's still being run by a manager who cares."
