"Love the manager here. All of the maintenance workers are tentative, and friendly. The manager will send the community text notifications keeping us informed on maintenance cleanings, and community updates. One time, I even received a text about a neighboring crime, a couple streets down. This is a great place to settle down and call home."
"Edit: I have revised my review. I had one incident that involved one neighbor throwing away my laundry but for most part this place is a good place to live. Landlord and maintenance is very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to move to a relaxed family friendly community."
"This is the best apartment community in ramona. Have lived here before and after the military. It’s clean, gated, maintained, family friendly, pet friendly, and safe for children. Centrally located right in the middle of town. But not congested by other complexes. I recommend any family who is not trying to buy a house in this inflated economy to consider Shadow Glen. The property manager has been here for years and has treated us like family. Even the maintenance manager is beyond excellent."
"I lived at Shadow Glen for just over 2 years before moving into my house. I couldn't agree more with what Denny said above. It is up to parents to maintain their children, not the management. That being said, every time I did have an issue with the kids next door, the manager Mary Beth did ask the parents to talk to the kids and have them play in the yard, not in front of my door. My apartment had just been upgraded before I moved in. Any time there was a maintenance issue (which was rare), the maintenance guys were always quick to fix it. They were always respectful and friendly. The manager is awesome! The best one I've ever had (and I've had many in different states across the US). Mary Beth is so friendly, caring, professional, experienced and honestly cares about her residents. It is a gated apartment complex, so that helps keep the wanderers out. It is an apartment complex ... you can't expect it to be a vacation resort. Just sayin. If I ever had to move back to an apartment, I would move back in ... as long as Mary Beth is still the manager. :)"
"My family has been living here since October 2015. The property has been well maintained throughout our stay. The management and staff, have been attentive to repairs and problems that arise. Management has been exceptional at addressing problems that arise!"
