"The manager lupe is rude. She does not how to handle situations and conduct herself. If you tell her you will take legal action if things do not get fixed after waiting months and not getting anything from her she hangs up on you. She needs to know the law on managing an apartment complex."

"The A/C has been broken at my parents apartment for the last 3 months. Management was told about it and they're response was that they've been waiting for a part to arrive, for 3 months!! When they call the office no one answers, and when they do they get told the same thing the parts on the way."

"The manager is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to handle a apt complex and it’s tenants, she’s doesn’t even know who lives here. maintenance man takes forever and does half way jobs. This happened to my tub from being there for 9months, it took them a whole year to repaint it, pieces of paint were cutting my daughter . The manager hangs up on you if you tell her you will be taking legal action , but they are quick to harass us for throwing tipper wear in the trash ?? There is no parking so got for it you park in the red zone for 5min with hazard lights to run upstairs to get something ,your car will be towed . They don’t answer the phones, I will be attempting to get in contact with the owner of the property ."

"Does anyone no who the landlord is? Not the manager but the actual landlord that owns the apartment complex? That information would be very very helpful to me and I'd really appreciate it. Thank you Does anybody actually know the manager's personal number because we tried calling the number off of Google but no one ever answers. If anybody can possibly get me a number where I can actually talk to the manager or the landlord please post it thank you"

"Although these apartments have a decent size pool and a playground for kid's. They lack good leadership here. For example the manager here can often come off a bit bitchy most of the time. I had some guests in the pool the other day and she came over harassing them asking how they got in, and which apartment they come from when I was right there with them. On top of that the maintenance here lags. I asked to get my sink fixed 3 months ago and had to go to Home Depot and buy the parts to fix it myself. The tenant's here all seem to mind there own business which I love but somthing needs to be done about the management. We only get two parking spaces and no extra parking for guests. I had a friend come over who had to park his car outside because we only had two parking spaces and he got his car stolen. I have also had my car broken into by parking outside before. Really wish these apartments would find some better leadership."
