"Covid impacted the start of their renovations of the playground equipment but in the year and half that I lived here there was no improvements. At times there were a few transients in and around the property. When submitting a maintenance request they often went unfulfilled or completely ignored. Office staff is nice, they are doing the best they can. Some neighbors were friendly others were long time residents who weren’t very nice at all. No major complaints, good place to live for the short term."

"I have had so many leaks in this place I’ve lost count. The maintenance people come and do some cosmetic fix to stop the issue for a while and then the next month another huge leak occurs. It took them 2 months to fix a doorframe that had so much water damage it was starting to mold, and they had to come back 3 times to fix that specific leak. Now I’ve had two separate occasions where I’ve woken up to disgusting water fully covering my kitchen and dining room. I sure hope that my dogs didn’t get into the water while I was asleep or else there’s a vet bill on top of that. I had recommended this place to friends early in my lease here, but now I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Update: I did call like they suggested and they had no progress reported on the massive leak in the kitchen wall. They also couldn’t actually do anything except suggest that I write a letter to the regional office asking them to let me out of the lease. Their offer for a new unit included a $500 rent increase for the exact same apartment. Not very helpful. Update 2: They did end up letting out of our lease early with no penalties. I gave them one star back for that."
