"Lived here for 15 years! Have had many managers here, and the current manager, who took over right before the pandemic, (Christina) is Amazing! She has the perfect blend of professionalism and truly caring about the tenants. She is competent, organized, and knows how to get things done. She has improved Pine View immensely since she became the manager here! I selfishly, hope that she stays forever, because she has done so much to make this a better place to live. The manager is such a big part of what makes a place a great or not great place to live, and Christina has really made it a great place to live."

"There are a lot of criminal types in that place. Not sure about the apartments. I only went to see a sick friend and bring them groceries. Parking was a problem, as you have to park on the street there is no Guest or Visitor parking. I use to live at the sister Apartments to the Pine View. The Country Views apt, was there for 7 years."
